It took me less then a month to realize I was lied to at my interview about what my job would entail. I was too scared of losing my job at the time since I left another company to transfer here (I'm an id–t, I know) so I didn't say anything right away. Later when I brought it up I was just told that things change. That's it.
I'm telling you, leaving my old job for this place is the biggest mistake of my life.

NO raises ever? Who would work for such a place? Managers are only in their roles due to the "Peter Principle" and are not only deceptive micromanagers, but inept! Fast sinking ship with no band playing and shark infested freezing water below........good luck.
Management takes all the credit and then when they fail they point to the people doing the work. You do what they say and if anyone gets screwed it will be you! Unbelievably narcissistic and elite! Rise above and let them be the hero and leave! Then and only then will they be exposed for what they are ! Losers!
Management of this company are liars and bigots - I am sorry you came here as they change the rules in the middle of the game constantly - to serve themselves - that is their way of making themselves look better - sorry to everyone that came here as they do this to everyone - get everything form here on in writing and save it for when you sue them -

Things change is the new cover everything phrase, that was another company or before my time, or another Manager.
The job descriptions are all encompassing, for areas stating anything from building the Nuclear arsenal to cleaning the toilets now days, its to give them the ability to change your job to a cover it all and fit you where they need a body. Or ask you to do more when they remove them.
They know most don't know everything, and they don't train on many aspects unless you call video watching training.
