Is there any other hms people having a hard time keeping up with hms and doing chickens and ribs now? Numbers are high but they think we can get it all done.

We're all going through this with the Covid stimulus. My advice for rotisserie is to think and work ahead. Run bigger loads earlier. Though if you only have two ovens, you're probably already screwed.
Well now , you talking about chickens and numbers tells me one thing for sure. You never paid attention when you were told " Don't count you chickens..."......
