I have been shocked this last year at the incompetence and greed of the top executives at allstate. They don't even try to hide it that their only loyalty is to shareholders and don't care about customers or employees. It seems they enjoy layoffs and have no empathy. Also, they won't be upfront about what the future holds. I could see Allstate losing market share in the next few years and going to 6th or 7th. I don't care what business your in, you have to put the customer first

Considering the only "talent" and worth Glenn Shapiro has had in his "professional" life has been floating from established company to company ruining them and the hard working employees within. Only to boost the bottom line of the fat cat executives and shareholders while leaving crumbs for the actual workers and taking his piece with him to the next company to repeat the process. This is all this man is. A professional business k–ler who carves up what is left for himself and the top 2% before running off to the next Hartford, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, and now Allstate left ruined in his wake. The Hartford, Safeco, and Liberty Mutual have never been the same after Shapiro's intentional sabotage and Allstate will never be the same again. Glenn has perfected the role of criminal corporate sabotage for profit and made it legal. I at least give him credit for being a good and effective piece of shxx. Therefor I am not at all shocked by what I am seeing.
The only ‘fat’ are the padded bonuses that continue to bloat at the C level, as employee wages and benefits evaporate.
Strange post that executives would want to grow value of the company (which they were hired to do).
There has been a ton of fat in the corporation, with rates that impede growth.
Things always get worse before they get better. Just keep your head down and keep doing what you can.
