If you can't get your performance up to par after your 12 weeks of federal mandated unpaid federal medical leave runs out, they've got their asses pretty much covered. It's really not very hard to get rid of disabled non-desk workers in this kind of environment, because disabilities really do impact work efficiency in all kinds of jobs. They can legally justify it on this person is more productive than that person, and so long as they have the paper trail and nitpick at every t that wasn't crossed or i that wasn't dotted, it's an uphill cimb.
