After the all clear is given to return to the hubs I think it’s inevitable....

they always pushing the limits to see how far it goes and no one says anything and just takes it, i am guilty of this as well, not going to pretend im better than thou but i feel like the longer we sit quietly the worst its going to get.
About 1/3 of the CAs from my POD in Auto Injury have been “loaned” to EXP and ILR & their work load reassigned. Some of us are now doing the Task work of two employees. Thinking this is a test to see how far they can go ...

Looks like buyouts are becoming more unlikely, as the TWA and PWA is taking place. They moved appraisers who did have much work to other departments that were understaffed . If they turn it down, it’s the same as resigning.
SF is full of people who believe they are elites. Most have a very dark history, put on a better than thou attitude, and do not believe any opinion other than than their own. If you do anything that does not "fit in" to their world, they will be out to destroy you. Sound like Orwell? The last comment is very true. Just increase your situational awareness. Titles mean nothing. Remember in today's world they did not get there by being honest, ethical, and humble. Trust is earned and not given.

I think so, less cars on the road going forward
To all of my estimatics friends and to the same extent my ACH friends. You are working yourself into a transition with the NMJ responses to all of the referrals you get sent. I learned a long time ago to accept every assignment so that I "appeared" valuable but today in estimatics and ACH the trend seems to be to reject as much work as possible, thus proving that you are not really needed.
