This is why DXC have a graduate program. They are employed to fill in surveys on how great Mikey mk2 and DXC are! It's cheaper than actually fixing the problems and still makes Mikey mk2 look good.
He shouldn't be in the top 300, all talk and no action. If there isn't enough money to pay the rank and file technical people pay increases then the CEO and other executives shouldn't get pay raise, bonus, stock options and there super high salaries

The results are limited to the North America region. When you look at the same methodology globally, you will find DXC much, much lower on the rankings list. If I recall correctly from another list, the company is somewhere around the #350 mark out of 500.
How you'd interpret the data is up to you: we are either in the top 70% best performing companies in the world, or we are in the top 30% worst performing companies in the world. Doesn't sound that great now, does it?
