So it seems the company purchased jackets for all the employees. Nice gesture, however the sizes for women are not true to size, they run very small, and I mean very small. Too bad so many people will not be able to wear them. If you are going to do something like this, you really need to have samples for people to try on before they are ordered.

They are smaller than I thought they were. I'm small but this really shows off my figure more than I'm comfortable with I'll have to wear it unzipped. It is a very nice jacket though.

Oh my gosh people for real. Why are u even complaining about this. Do u have nothing better to do than complain about this. I have way more stuff to complain about with this company than they bought us jackets and they don't fit. They didn't have to buy u a dang jacket to begin with. They did it to be nice deal with it. So what some didn't fit the sizes were all wrong then didn't know that when they bought them. They are going to reorder the jackets for people. Good god give it a break. Wow
Not to mention sleeves are too long. I am going to take mine to get altered to fit. If not I'll donate it thrift store.
Our GM had the option to order larger sizes for the ladies who couldn’t fit their jacket.
Lose some weight and maybe you can fit a jacket one day.
I used my jacket for a spill cleanup of Pine Sol the other day since our company is too broke to afford T.I.P.s (towel in pocket)
This might go down as the worst and useless post ever on here.
Now that we have ours. We are using the ones we have to size people and then going to order for those that didn't fit into the jackets we received.
How bout picking your battles.
