I have seen that Facilities group at Delaware was kind of dismantle on May, 2020. Some good employees were layoff or Piped. Did the company know its project to dismantle the group and fusion the two divisions (Permian and Delaware) as one like it was years back? In the other side, I did not see this situation at Permian, where we can see people, between snitchers and "Yes, sir attitude", not the most efficient people kept their jobs. Is the ExxonMobil mentality take over XTO ,already?

It only takes one time of seeing people labeled not team players and fired for not agreeing with management to make people realize how you have to behave to keep your job.
Sorry, that is NOT what Sunflower Management means in business. LOL
It means "the inclination of people in organizations to align themselves with the leader's real or assumed viewpoint". In other words, agreeing with what the boss says whether you really agree or not.
Sunflowers are grown in Texas for four principal marketing objectives. Confectionary sunflower in the large seeded white stripe sunflower which is grown for human consumption and bird feed. The hybrid oil type sunflower is utilized as a source of high quality vegetable oil with the extracted meal utilized as a protein source in livestock feed. Hybrid oil types are also used in bird feed mixtures. Another popular use for sunflower plantings is a food plot for wild birds, mostly white winged and mourning doves. Properly managed sunflowers might yield 1000 to 1400 pounds per acre dryland, and perhaps 50% more under irrigation.
As already previously stated in many posts, EM was found by McKinsey to be the worst example they’ve ever seen of “Sunflower Management”. That obviously does extend to the Midland office.
EM mentality plans Is "Yes Sir" it XTO matter or of at in Midland or company ?
