If it happens it will be strategic so as not cause possible exposure to WARN Act regulations (which is a law concerning large layoffs). If a company violates the WARN act there are financial penalties that can be imposed.

I'm sure it's coming, just not sure when. The new lockdown and whatever ever restrictions they come up with are going to hurt aviation. Which is of course the point.
