Yo @bluenose the only person who’s glad to see the back of Weeble is Hally when he be hanging out the back of him.
I really do feel sorry for the guys and girls that stayed on. Being told they had a job at Bridge Of Don. I was part of that team but was let go early. I am lucky I am 65. People that were left were many years younger. I really do wish all the staff that are still there all the best for the future.
Gutted.
As in literally, they have gutted their own ability to build RFID completions tools reliably, with quality and/or at all...which have always been touted as a top earner and a slim chance of promoting an otherwise 3rd tier services company up a league or 2.
I hope the top wage earners who called this decision realise what they've let themselves in for and how few of their assumptions of transition will come true...sad time for a struggling company.

There wasn't covid when the consultations started in 2019 or when the machine shop was shut down and all machinists laid off in 2018/2019. Or when the Houston employees were over for training to take the tools away in 2018/2019.
Poor employees who stayed on with the carrot on the stick of a job in bridge of Don at the end of it all.
That must mean the end of the ESS product line!
