Yes! They send ad nauseum scripts /robo voices asking constant information, endless questions etc..etc.. Total control of us. It was harassment and abuse and being used.
Yes! The company is great about giving you COVID days if you are really sick but you will get completely harassed by Occupational Health. I was bedridden and It added so much stress to have the company calling and emailing me a list of questions every other day.. The calls are scripted which is worse!!! I tried To ask questions and got no answers to why they had to harass me. The rep just keeps reading the script. If you skip the call then you are required to return the email.
