I have been clear of this mess for many years, but from the original CSC they lied to all IT staffers and gutted the firm I worked for just to save the contract. Over-billed by $600 million and were about to be shown the door. So they brought in kids, low pay, to do sophisticated work and that was that. But it was all "cheaper,faster,better" as all the posts said.
BOOK to Bill, Delivery takes forever and there is not a company policy of One Goal to get it done.
