Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Anyone got an inside scoop?!?

It's that time of year again when home office does all its shady business. Anyone who has worked for the company for a while knows what I'm talking about. Does anyone have an inside scoop on the changes that are coming for January/February? Any departments being eliminated and or restructured?

Be thankful if you are among those "kicked to the curb". It's a blessing in disguise! 😁

Filling the position a few days ago doesn’t mean anything isn’t going to happen. They spent millions to remodel a club in New England and then closed it a few months later. So, spending a couple months salary on someone who is about to be cut probably isn’t even on their radar.

It'll be at least one business as usual - layoffs prior to that Jan 31st cutoff so they don't have to payout the yearly incentive/bonus to those unfortunately kicked to the curb.
