Question from a current Husky employee! Unsure if I will be with the new company in Calgary, but I am curious on the benefits and compensation at Cenovus, since eventually we will have to all be on the same system.
Can anyone there provide some comments on compensation, savings plan, and overall benefits? For example, Husky often talks about being a P50 company for salary. For retirement benefits, you start with Husky giving 5% base bay to a DCCP (increasing to 7% and then 9% with years of service), We also have an additional match program where if you voluntarily give 4%, husky will give another 2%. Also Husky gives 5% of you base salary goes to a savings program. It seems like a good program, but let me know what you guys get if you feel comfortable sharing!
