For all current and former California adjusters who worked for Allstate vs. 2006 and 2020, do any of you know if the court approved the settlement and when we'll be receiving our checks?

If you Google "Jiminez v Allstate", the Complaint and current status of case is available.
I didn't realize that there was a 3rd class action lawsuit against Allstate. I got $20K+ on the first one that was in the late 90's for overtime pay, then about $1k-$1,500 for a second one for mandatory lunch/breaks. What is the 3rd lawsuit for exactly? I also got an hour or two of OT pay when I clocked in a minute too early from my lunch. Talk about having your managers on your a$$ constantly for clocking in and out.
The last settlement Allstate paid out in California for forced unpaid overtime cost the company 760 million. I had just started so I didn’t get anything but the people I was working with who worked the whole time the suit covered walked away with a years pay. Some of those people got 80-90 grand. This suit will be much less since the plaintiff attorneys sold the employees out and basically settled for their costs and a couple grand per adjuster, but its still much more than 20$.
To the last reply, we have already been told how much we are getting in the settlement and it’s much more than $20. No check yet, but hopefully soon. You can always call the administrator noted on the last letter
I hope you aren’t expecting a big payout! Because if you are don’t hold your breath. Because it will be a settlement and you have to realize the large number of California people that were employed during that time. Last time there was a settlement for overtime in California with Allstate I got 20 bucks.
