Why would you remove bullying or bad managers? In case your goal is, to have a reduction in workforce, than that might be helpful to motivate them to leave.
Agree - z+18sq5dPz - Sal lay of the people managers and ineffectual management in this company for you to survive and flourish. Also get all managers to reapply for their jobs every 2 years and get full 360 degree feedback on their good / bad performance. Remove any bad / ineffectual and unfortunately bullying managers from the company.
Yes layoff the people managers, No use for them. The only manager you have should be your functional manager that knows what you do day in and day out. Most with a manager / director title and no direct reports should be let go.
At least they are waiting till after Christmas, but it would have been nice to know so we don’t spend so much on Christmas. I think is high time the CEO and NEO’s takes salary, stock options and bonuses cuts as well

Must be another broken process then or delays caused by ineffectual management - even in this.
The great company tradition is to brutally dump people between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
