From what I gather many of the furloughs effective 12-29 were the last carmen at "outlying points." I heard Mobile Alabama, Selma, Alabama , and Meridian MS basically no longer exist and the few carmen there all had 20 plus years with nowhere to go. Prayers to all those who were hit.

They got Marion, Indiana too. Two with 17+ years.
Better get his Occupational disability annuity from the RRB going stat. MRI of the spine will tell the tail of the life of a Carman.
The f— is my dad gonna do with prayers? My parents can’t retire on “prayers”. NS CORP CAN TELL YOU WHEN YOU CAN RETIRE, even after getting 30 years. My dad has done everything right, and a class action lawsuit is on the horizon. I advise all of us to join in, cause I am tired of good hard working laborers, machinists, electricians, etc paying union dues just to get sh–ted on because a stock price needed to go up. Rugged capitalism for the poor/socialism for corporations and CEOS.
