Gotta love it when their fake reviews are even tagged as coming from the MARKETING DEPARTMENT and COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT.

I am staggered at the degree at which this is faked, not even attempting to hide their faking.

If they can get loads of new starts in India to write positive glassdoor reports that all in the same 2 week period back in 2018 as a sudden statistical anomaly that everybody went: ‘What!?’ Then It won’t take long to get 75 managers to fill out a form to bump up the PR with the promise that they won’t be riffed until summer 2021 - if they are good.

He's better than Lawrie (just) but he hasn't done enough to trim the ineffectual and muddle processes along with endless layers of middle "waffle" and bad managers still within DXC.

If he can make a start in this area and round robin the managers left - need to reapply for their jobs every 4 years with 360 degree feedback then company can recover and improve.
