"I heard you are closing soon" I can't tell you how many times I hear this now. I've told several, like anywhere you're taking your chances. I've been looking for an essential job because I'm tired of getting my hours cut all the time. This is such a loser company.

I left BN. My old manager applied for a job, where I now work. They asked ME about him. I told them they didn’t need a failing mgr from a failing store. They didn’t hire him !

Any customer who purchases a membership or gift cards from this unstable company deserves to throw their money away.

Folks, that quote is coming from a future night shift manager of a 7/11.When BN goes into bankruptcy next year, these managers know darn well no one is going to hire them. The retail industry knows that the good BN store managers and DMs abandoned ship years ago, All you have left are the lazy and incompetent mangers They'll never get jobs at the salary they're making and they sure as hell won't get jobs where they can hide out in their offices gossiping with other SMs ALL DAY LONG.
I will continue not to deceive customers. If you fire me. I’ll call your wife with the names of the two booksellers you were messing with.
This must be a pretty common abuse of power in BN. In the 4 stores I’ve worked 2 of the Mgrs were doing the same. One’s wife divorced him. And, in the other store the Asst. was sleeping with 3 part timers while his wife was working and raising 3 children.
Corporate was made aware of both of them & did nothing.

Most of the managers are too old now and no one will hire them. Should've found a decent job 10 years ago like I did. Anyone who has stayed in retail is a fool.

Oh yes, because customers love being harassed at the registers! Maybe we should sell them our credit card so they can get their info hacked again too. Haha!

Ive been talking customers out of purchasing gift cards. I’d hate to see them stuck with them.it’s my Christmas gift to them.
