Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Why is there always a BIG EMPLOYEE TURNOVER?

It seems every time I like someone at the Pharmacy, they're gone 6 months later. Sometimes it seems like the entire staff changes. What's up with that?

Sh– pay, sh– hours ,sh– benefits, and management that looks at employees as overpaid, underworked bonus reducers.

Yes it is that bad. Managers care but cannot do much to retain employees when upper management treats team members like id–ts. They don’t even give proper hazard pay to team members being exposed to covid. And the more with less attitude makes it an even worse job. Engagement is horrible above store manager. My manager never gets a day off because of store visits and conferences calls. I have heard some of the calls where they belittle managers and make threats but then follow that up by telling them to work on engagement in their stores...in short CVS IS A C-ap COMPANY.
