Now that we have seen some movement in Corp HR, please sir dig deep into the wireline group. For years now the GBU has had several people who gravitated into these none value-added positions. People who could not perform in their regions or deliver the results expected of them. Personnel who kissed butt to get into the Houston positions and overall contributed very little. Once in place, they fly around and waste the companies dollars. No to say, even some lack creditable education (Devry University) how did they get past HR in the first place? Well now you have fixed that, please fix WL. WL leadership, hahahahah. The opportunity has come and gone and yet has no significant changes. For a service line that is supposed to be progressive and at the technological spear, why so slow. The online GBU meetings are an utter joke, more of a group hug where all sit and contribute nothing to progressing the company. Mr. Prez, please bring out the broom and sweep out into the street...
