I welcome all the new members to the CVE organization, especially all those from the CCP that we are not suppose to know about.
A shareholder does not have to have majority ownership in a company to have a controlling interest as long as they own a significant portion of its voting shares. @usa+18qWMbyZ comments are 3rd grade lololol.
So is that officially done then? When do we get our LTI paid out, does anyone know? That’s all I really care about right now lol
You have this backwards buddy. LKS is currently majority owner because they have the most number of shares but not controlling owner because they do not have more than 50% of the shares.
The correct statement will be: Welcome to LKS as the new majority shareholders (and soon controlling shareholders and owner)
