Will Allstate be changing Christmas Eve availability per the Presidents new order? Allstate was quick to respond with Juneteenth as a holiday, but as there is no PR benefits to having Christmas Eve off, what is the likelihood of getting it off.

I'm overwhelmed by these email of the different stages and dates to request PTO for 2021. Could they make this any more complicated? I can't even get through reading these emails never mind following the process.
I timed two pregnancies to make sure that my maturity leave was timed around xmas so I would guarantee to have xmas eve off a whole twice in my whole career since I was low man on the totem pole. Otherwise, I never had xmas eve off. Good luck with that.
Federal employees will get the day off.
If you are a federal employee you have that day off this year
Sooooo glad I was RIF’d and to be done with this daily nonsense and drama you guys must deal with. My Third week off and loving it!! No more waking up at 2 AM for all state BS!! Oh what a relief it is to be gone😎
Yeah they will just take away another holiday and make it sound like a positive... I.e. the Fourth of July
Sooooo happy and relieved he's on his way out! Now back to Allstate business. Depends on what department of the company you work in.
Just take an occurrence & create your own holiday. F Allstate!
We have already been told by our senior leaders that no change to Christmas Eve work schedule and that this does not have an effect on the country's labor force. More of a symbolic gesture that this President has done every year.
Several presidents have done this in the past so no. This is the third time he has issued this executive order.
