This has become systemic at Ailstate and will not "go away". Sadly, in ALL Departments of TC the best of the best are walking out. Sort of follows what our high value customers have been doing for the last ten years. One can only take so-o-o-o much before losing the core values this company was built upon. Like a horse that senses when you are afraid of it, the clients are seeing the sharks in the water and are running away in droves. No amount of "re-inventing insurance" will fix this until the top of the pyramid collapses. It has always been the bottom tier that carried this company – now even the bottom tier doesn't care anymore.
