I’m happy to say I’m finally done as a customer with CVS and Merlo’s grand acid induced vision. I, along with all my family members have taken our business to another Pharmacy!!!
No longer will I have to be insulted by rude pharmacists, wait in long lines, be placed on hold for up to 58 minutes, have my pr-scrip-ions screwed up, etc, etc, etc.
Merlo can take Aetna and his Health Hubs and shove them straight up his you know what! I really pity the poor souls who have to work in such a pathetic environment.
CVS will crash and burn like so many before them because at the end of the day, the consumer has choices. And we don’t have to have lousy, rude service crammed down our throat!!!
