I spent 30 days recovering from the Allstate chaos before I started looking again. To the post about a "dandy of a case" sounds very optimistic considering the massive legal team allstate has, good luck. If you succeed we may need your attorney for a class action case.
I agree with the original poster. What a mess and so insensitive the company making impacted employees work the whole 60-day notice.
To the poster who thinks his “dandy of a case” will ever prevail is simply dreaming. Your attorney is filling your head with sugar plums. You stand zero chance against the Allstate litigation machine.
Please update us on your litigation case. I’ve spoken with (2) employment attorneys and they do not think we could prevail

Ahhh yes. Same here. Then after the start of the new year my litigation against this company goes forward. My attorney has a dandy of a case drawn up. At the least I will get a tasty multi-figure settlement from the good hands. ;)
