If the PADP were all about profit, how come we s— at generating shareholder value?
PADP is all about self promotion and visibility. Whether you generate value is not important.
Better work hard on your EADS/PADP. WFH means no one really knows what work you did and you can easily drop to bottom and get PIPd in 2021. Sitting in ZOOM meetings is not WORK. Show how much PROFIT you delivered. There are many people that can show REAL PROFIT and REVENUE contribution in job. If you have a flaky job...there is a PIP waiting for you. SHOW THEM THE MONEY or get PIPd

@nhe+18ldZydo Same here! You are absolutely right. Once the initial shock is over it feels good. I come back to the boards after hearing of more layoffs but can’t say I miss it one bit.
My SDM is weak, I am not sure if he could fight for me.
