I used to care about the company I work for. Go out my way to do an excellent job, be fair as possible with the customer by paying what we owe and nothing more. But now; on the verge of layoffs. I'm doing only enough to to keep my foot in the door. Sorry. NOT Sorry!

Discontent breeds dissatisfaction. This has become systemic at Ailstate and will not "go away". Sadly, in ALL Departments of TC the best of the best are walking out. Sort of follows what our high value customers have been doing for the last ten years. One can only take so-o-o-o much before losing the core values this company was built upon. Like a horse that senses when you are afraid of it, the clients are seeing the sharks in the water and are running away in droves. No amount of "re-inventing insurance" will fix this until the top of the pyramid collapses. It has always been the bottom tier that carried this company – now even the bottom tier doesn't care anymore.
Allstate is a f—ing joke right now. Used to be proud to work here, now I just back and watch the door revolve faster and faster
We used to be taught and trained be fair, do not overpay or underpay. The trend in the past years has been to cut rate everything, pay claims unfair whenever possible. " best case scenario" became the auto dept motto which for the most part means under pay a Claim with the thought that the customer may never repair the vehicle, pocket the money and never have a supplement- unspoken scenario by leaders. Blatant fraud perpetrated on the consumer. My conscience got the better of me and I am suffering for it, probably won't last much longer. We used to be an honorable company but sadly no longer.
