Such intelligence. So dynamic. So motivating. So enlightening. So sincere. Such empathy.. NOT !
Absolutely pathetic today. No leadership, no clue. Any of the three should have realized the potential trainwreck and just cancelled the travesty before showing us their back sides. One of them bailing to EF so not her problem. Bask in her glory all thee minions! The other, knew nothing about shale and running of to hide where he came from after he bored us with his resume today. The last, has no job, may the music play on for her and she find a chair. (Or not) If I end up in the “Concho” Midland office, my first words to new fellow new coworkers will be I’m sorry for what you will see from this company that will now be in “control” of your destiny.
Here’s a simple rule of thumb: don’t lie or mislead your employees.
L48 was totally tone deaf. Leadership was talking about how excited they were and ignoring the continuous questions that clearly signaled people are worried about their jobs. I guess it's easy to be excited when you've seen your name on an org chart.
L48 just stalled so there wasnt much time left to answer any of the more pointed questions.
With 500 of us facing a lay off, why would they start the town hall with such a clueless, privileged, and detached sentence?
Step right up, get your grape koolade. Everything’s great! There is no virus. There are no layoffs. Everything’s fine! Just ask RL. He’ll tell ya! It’s exciting!!
Get lost troll.
