That’s the number of shares that Kendall was issued today on the form 4 that was filed with the SEC. Must be nice at 24-25 a share. Bankrupt to almost $10,000,000 in stock...like I said, must be nice

It’s ridiculous.
Our stock is worthless, they took away LTI, and the raises in the last few years if any are low unless you are one of the select few.
We work our tails off (with some help from oil prices ;) ) to see the stock go up this much and have nothing to show for. There needs to be a pay gap between senior management and “us”, but this is ridiculous. This company is better than this—Truly disappointing.
373,503 shares at $40 is almost $15MM since emerging from bankruptcy.
Almost $40 per share! Wow, these executives will cash it in soon.
F—ing thieves! Why would anyone invest in this new company? So they can steal your money again?
My shares are worth $200. Planning to coast into retirement on it....
Kendall and the other execs continue to ride this nice stock run up with their new shares and see their net worths balloon. Then there are us worker bees who had their shares wiped out. Long term incentives to stick around are zero after April.
Thieves and crooks are what they are... and beggars.. they beg for investors.. and pay themselves huge bonuses..
@7xvm+18kyttA2 always someone who thinks they know it all.
@6ubk You have clearly not been in the industry long and paid attention to what happens to these mgmt teams after the PE firms take over. It's a whole new ballgame.
No they won’t. And a severance wouldn’t vest in 3 years. If they go, that’s a whole different payout.
But they’re not going. At least not CK.
It’s a severance payout...he and the cfo will be gone before you know it....really all of the c-suite guys will be gone.
How dare you question our leaders! Lol.
They cashed them out with bonuses this summer right? Wasn’t there a post about a bunch of people getting a lot of money right before the bankruptcy?
You think he wouldn’t look out for #1?
Didn't take him long to belly up to the trough and start filling his pockets again.
But how many did he lose of DNR? About same $? Way better than having to rely on the warrants to be in the green though
