Haha people spend their time posting here but say Glassdoor is a waste of time. What am I missing?!
Why bother? Everything you read positive and everything you read negative is true. If you're flagged as a high performer, they give you projects that themselves are valuable, and if you aren't, you don't, and you have no control over people, budget, or process. You'll be "non-performing" in no time, but when you leave and you're given those opportunities elsewhere, you run with it, you're appreciated, and maybe even compensated better.
yeah that'll show them!!! [psst: glassdoor is just a bunch of complainers, nobody takes them seriously]
People too lazy and timid to do that. Companies sure don’t mind leaving a bad review in your file.

Went back to check from a couple months ago when I provided a review as a result of the disguised layoff (PIP). Can't believe how much further the rankings have sunk! Let's get DW into the teens for approval rating 😁.
