@3pnb: Timed washroom breaks do no apply to white collar workers at AWS. Only to the blue collar ones in Amazon warehouses.
RETIREMENT!!!! 34 years will be enough.... not going to be a whiny 60 yr complaining how it's so unfair I have to leave. Planned well so my next BOSS will be MYSELF!! I do feel bad for younger workers in this work environment. If you are older with 30+ years employed by IBM you should be in decent shape if not you got nobody to blame but yourself! I know there are exceptions due to illness but if it's due to poor planning too bad!!
