How to deal with all the complaint calls?

I have never seen so much frustration, anger, complaints, confusion in a claims organization in my 15 year career. Everyone is losing their mind from express, adjusters, LDU, customers, shops. There is literally not enough time in the day to deal with all the complaint calls.

Someone made this great observation on thread +18fnitNH. That’s right, there is no end to complaints from all sides. There are more of them than ever.

Just send a WSR to the "Who Gives a F $$$" department.....

Oh wait, that area got RIF'd.

Send the WSR to "The Customer is Screwed" department. That area was completely safe and getting big 2020 bonuses.

Sorry. No surprise here. Dysfunction started the day TW walked in. The re-invention of insurance collapsed so now we cover maintenance agreements on cell phones and other appliances. Hmmm, TW DID come from Sears, didn't he????? Just look where Sears is at today — Ailstate will follow.

What a solid transformation so far, well thought out, planning was impeccable, the foresight was amazing. WTF Allstate leadership if my job performance was this poor I would be gone. I will be out by choice as soon as an offer is tendered for something better or almost anything with a functional operational staff and management.
