Exactly... those who still stick on are the real lazy ones.. Two rounds of layoff an year and still planning to stick with this company are the confort zoners... Its time to move on.. Break your comfort zones and start looking for other real jobs... Atleast market is opening up (except for Baker :-p)

you've gotta laugh. company is going down the toilet and everyone backstabbing each other. you lost most your business and most product lines are for sale , if not all . the management is hopeless but you can't see this. the company doesn't want you but you cling to your job because you can't find a better one.

At the moment situation at Baker is, each worker has 1 or 2 managers looking behind him/her eagerly waiting to take credit of whatever good he/she does. And the rat race starts to update their PPT and excel to show to his/her boss to take credit of it. Hope One day they realize this after firing all workers.

Not sure how long this company can survive with the “layoff” business model. Seems this is the only option management knows to show some Quarter balance.

How is it we’re laying off more and more but the ceo fly’s on a private jet to Saudi to handover more money. Saudi has basically kicked ofs out and frozen most to all work. One private jet ride is a field hands entire years salary

Baker Hughes is quietly doing layoffs all around the world. Germany is getting attention because of labor laws. Seems current BKR CEO is exactly following what his boss (Jeff Immelt) taught. Laying off at one end and spending millions at other end to buy fake paper companies (Carbon Capture).
