Cannot get authorization because no longer employee and no COBRA paperwork.

This is truly a sad sad situation. As much as the true blue want to continue to trust you... you just continue to be a terrible company! So sad for us but we will move on happily

Since after 12/3 it is too late to enroll in COBRA through the benefits site for 2021. Will need to contact benefit center for possible enrollment exception.
However you are better off shopping on your own for 2021 medical coverage. COBRA starting 1/1/2021 will run you $600 a month for individuals and almost $2000 a month for families. I got comparable coverage that includes dental and vision for less than half of the cost for COBRA.
You can log in to the benefits site and enroll online.
Second comment, call benefit center directly to enroll if you need coverage immediately instead of waiting for package.
