After mouth of working hard.working through c-19 working our A– OFF to make up for people that have been on Quarantine at 8:45 am they laid me off work with no warning. THEY MADE ME come into work and open the branch after I was done they let me go ! After 3 years of working hard

I am so sorry for all of you. I too got a call on December 4th. I’ve been out on quarantine code due to my high risk children. After 12 years of service, my Manager told me my position was eliminated. They hired a company to go through my belongings and they will be mailed to me.
@erg+18g22bup omg really? Wow! There is 3 pbs out on high risk (since covid started) at my branch who didn't get laid off. They should have selected the lazy employees with attendance issues and correct action cases.
They wouldn’t let any cssr in here in south Florida my thing Is with the pbs how are they making the decision?

I got the same treatment. I came in to work and before the branch was even open I was told my job was eliminated! I have been there for over 7 years! Worked my way up and have never called in! I could have taken off when covid hit, have the health problems to do so...but I wouldn't do that to my team!! Went in to work planning on a busy day and got told it was over!! And there are people still out due to covid and some of them don't deserve to be out!! I loved working at WF and was proud to say so and to stand by them....and they stabbed me in the back!

Literally this morning I signed in did a few complaints before they called me into the office. To inform me my position was eliminated and today was my last day. Soon as they were done they told me I had to be escorted out of the branch. I couldn’t even say goodbye to my team members. they said if I had to to keep it short just say “bye” nothing else. Rushed me as I grabbed my things and shoved me out the branch.
Just got a message from my manager to come In early (teller team) Godspeed...
Should have took the leave wells does not care.
Houston got hit hard over half branches lost at least 1 banker.

There's your problem. You think rarely called out is highly performing. You shouldn't really be calling out at all. This isn't McDonald's
Man im sorry. They did me wrong too lol made me take a customer and let me go. I worked thru the whole covid thing pregnant and all, didnt do the covid high risk leave, worked hard, rarely called out and after 5 yrs they displaced me lol
