Pembina needs a change

There are elites at Pembina. People who do whatever they want and not performing well at work but with the right connections in the company. Management is still full of old people leading the company in the wrong path. Pembina really needs a change in upper management instead of discriminating and laying off their average employees

Clap clap to someone who mentioned this on another thread, this is the essence of the problem. We really need a radical change in many things. Where would you start?

The only solution is to replace most of the upper management for new and fresh people with new ideas and strong values. What is the point to have many managers and supervisors who supervise one person or supervise nobody at all. There are layers and layers of managers and supervisors but few people who really do the real work.
Pembina culture is similar to Trump’s management style, full of corruption and favoritism.

This post comes across as naive. The company you are talking about was founded in the 50s and its corporate culture has barely evolved since... Which is strangely celebrated within as staff have been conditioned to believe that "Pembina is different and look the other way". Read some of the posts here. The whole "we're a big family but also an old boys boys club" is true. Cronyism, favoritism, nepotism, alcoholism.. all part of the Pembina product. If things were to change at Pembina, you need a new CEO, C-suite, and rid the company of ~150 toxic management and staff. A complete rebuild which would never happen. Lost cause.
