Several people have turned in notice to leave, they found another job. They can't handle the stress at Allstate. Confirmed with CSL, a lot of this going on.

I left about 2 months ago after struggling with the failing systems, processes, and excessive claim load. Found a better job working in the risk management department of a company that treats employees like people and not numbers.
I'm so much happier now, and have no regrets that I left. Wishing my former colleagues the best, take care of yourselves.
The unfortunate truth is that alot of companies are taking advantage of the downturn in the economy to restructure and "take a different path forward". I know many people who are getting.laid off and it's not because of the covid scare it's because we are entering into the much warned about technology taking over jobs era. It's only going to get worse as jobs are outsourced and automated and the population grows. The wealthy will always weather the changing times
Once this virus c-ap is over I’m out. Can’t handle it anymore, I’m sick of apologizing or arguing on every call (sometimes both). Our service is an embarrassment at this point and I’m sick of being on the front lines and treating customers like garbage. I have to stick it out now because, like everyone, I have bills to pay
Btw...Earlier response regarding leadership And moving company forward is not from a current/former Claim employee. Agency Channel and supporting departments should pay attention.
People leaving because leadership retained are not leadIng into the future even with a “vision” provided (not spelled out step by step). Some leaders retained fooled the company regarding their capabilities (performance rating) coupled with assessment (does not really account for leadership and decision ability). When going through massive change, you need people willing to RISK TAKING CHARGE AND RESPONSIBILITY. There is lack of direction because leaders retained have never been able to make decisions, accept responsibility and lead! And then, of course there are those who think things “are not their job or responsibility”. I am a stockholder so hope you all work this out.

Way too many CSL’s given those positions who do not know how to treat people properly, nor do they have The credentials or ability needed to lead. So many lead from the rear which a monkey could do. Take a look at SIU for example as They are loaded with this type of CSL always leading from the rear. Clueless And incompetent. This is going to cause many fine employees to leave after you Combine that with the additional stress of too many files. This is the perfect storm.
Too much drama at Allstate. Most people unhappy, can't wait for PTO.
