You think it's better here at HPE than Dell? Ah-hahaha... Yeah right! We're having just as many layoffs and paycuts as you all right now. IBM are the only ones doing far worse than we are.
Dell is horribly managed. Islands of powers and and islands of vision. Very old management mindset. Horrible stubborn place to work for experienced people from other large companies to come into and work there. I have heard HP is more modern than Dell. I have been with dell for 4 yrs now. Waiting for a good opening else where!.. Never been to HP "yet"! ;-)

Dell is definitely better positioned than HPE!! I would not recommend anyone jump to that ship.
