Not sure if it is just my BU but morale has been in the gutters for the last few months. I’m trying to keep my head above it but some days can be difficult. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells half the time and I don’t even know why people are stressing out over the tiniest mishaps. What are the chances of somebody being fired over it - really?

To the person saying this is for impacted people. Screw you. You were on here months ago complaining about the company too. You’re just salty because they let you go. Go collect your unemployment and enjoy your free time.
It’s in the toilet and getting worse everyday. Claims are a complete mess, it’s like no one knows what expected anymore and there are no set SOPS for anything. Volume and calls are out of control, customers wait HOURS to get someone on the app. Express has no idea what to do with the mass influx of angry customers and no set standards on how claims are settled. TLs being handled in India is also a mess, takes months to get anything set. It’s a disaster and getting worse just as everyone expected
This is for employees who were IMPACTED and lost their job. Whine elsewhere
Same. I’m in the express claims office and we’re being micromanaged even more than before if you can believe that. People are being fired for petty things they would have let slide a couple months ago.
I feel you 100%, morale is at an all time low. We just watched a few thousand of our peers get axed, so Tom Wilsons stock can rise a third of a percent. We are watching all that overflow of work ooze out of our colleagues' desks and onto our own heavy workload. Its embarrassing that we cannot take care of our own customers in a timely manner because everything has bottlenecks to a snails pace.
Allsnake really got a golden opportunity here to trim some costs and make themselves look better on paper. Middle of a pandemic really reduces the options of the current employees looking for a way out of a mess created by Tom Wilson and his money grubbing cronies.
