We are just numbers to them. If I am cut, I will take my talents to a competitor where I will be valued and paid more.

They still want to bring people back to the office also... they’d save SO much money if they just went fully remote.
There is no way I want a ‘hybrid schedule’ or to go back to the office full time... why is that necessary?
