Nothing in the post except more redundancies

It's been confirmed that the email request by Asia Pacific Lawrie man to "update your physical details so I can send you something in the post for the holidays" is nothing more than a ruse to get details up to date.... to ensure the registered letter of redundancy gets there.

Quiet ongoing redundancies and resignations have made utilization look great but the business on the ground has no capacity for new business. More redundancies in the pipeline.

Same old same old "you sell it first" sales led mentality.

Not sure about cricket but it looks like he is the last of the senior lawrie team still batting.

From what we hear he's still working to the lawrie sell-sell-sell, cut-cut-cut, "who cares about delivery, customers or employees?" playbook.

Lord knows why Sal kept him. Diversity quota?

with all mergers there will be duplicated roles ,departments and these will be merged and possibly (based on past) offshore to cheaper cost centres / areas of the world where labour is cheaper.

Best to get CV ready and look around if hint/s of local WFR are appearing to be the new management focus.
