Just saw it on my calendar tomorrow. So? Surely they are going to go over the "exciting times" we are in after ruining thousands of lives by laying off employees during a pandemic and poor job market and the results of how doubling up work for the remaining employees essentially devaluing them by about half is having such a great effect on the bottom lines of the shareholders and Tom and company.

Your "help" is the eventual move of all the work to India. Where they will gladly do even double the work of your ready doubled up work for $4.25 an hour, 3 days if PTO a year, and zero health benefits. Also Allstate can educate our customers on Indian communication and culture. After all our customers need a little Transformative Growth too!

I’ll listen as I process, but I’m not sure it’ll be anything relevant... probably just sales goals they have hit, the merger with nat gen and pretending the massive layoffs and current employee morale don’t matter
45 minutes of patting themselves on the back, useless corporate buzzwords and almost certainly some low level “diversity and inclusion” remarks and maybe even minor political babble. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing with any substance
