Does anyone know the 2021 salary ranges/CIP/LTIP by PSG?
I am a legacy Noble hire and I am trying to understand this new system, but its very confusing to be quite honest.

Here are the 100% COs for 2019 rounded to the nearest $100. Take note each is grade is about 15% higher than the previous. The lowest CO at each PSG is 80%.... while most will reach 100% within about 3 years with a 2 PMP ranking whereas you can reach a 108% with a 2+, and 115% with a 1 in 3 years if your aren’t promoted first. Stock options which can be very significant start always at PSG 27, but sometimes at 26. For the 2020 pay scales, add about 2.5 to 3% for the cost of living adjustment. It’s anyone’s guess as to how the 2021 pay scales will shape up.
17 = $71,700, 8% CIP
18 = $82,000, 9% CIP
19 = $93,800, 10% CIP
20 = $106,500, 11% CIP
21 = $122,900, 12% CIP
22 = $141,400, 14% CIP
23 = $163,000, 16% CIP

I prefer Barcelona than PSG, but hey fútbol is awesome regardless
With Chevron keep in mind that base salary becomes a progressively less useful metric of total compensation as you go to higher PSG. Your bonus plus pension input payments rise to more than 50% base by about PSG 24, and above about PSG 26-27 your base pay becomes less than half your total compensation (bonus, IRA match, pension input, long term retention reward).
Search is site: they have been presented more than once. Figures will be a few years ago but that will give you ball park as they change only slowly year to year.
