I have been at allstate the last 5 years. The first four years were great. The last 10 months have been awful. Inconsistent goals, unreasonable amount of work. Once this vaccine is distributed hopefully by the summer or late fall I am definitely looking for a new job

You can do it now, if you can. Progressive is hiring like crazy. Progressive adjusters are still working remotely, if you're worried about that part. They provide better training, and their gainshare is amazing.
Whatever path you choose, best of luck to you. I hope you get out of there soon.
