I'd rather like to see daaman move out. In terms who did the most damage to this company (and is still around) he should be next. Under the "move to bangalore" initiative the mobile effort was screwed up big times. And since he's/was one of the former Q-people supported by Murthy that makes him the obvious choice ..

Cheap marketing person. The first raja did after He joined intel is to to do marketing, by hiring an external agency to do his slides, create a logo/package for discrete graphics cards.
Nobody had any sense to tell him. Hey, we are intel. We have good marketing, a stronger brand than amd. We hired you to create our discrete graphics cards. It has been over 3 years, still no product. All we got is his bull sh– marketing. It is embarrassing to see him hold a wafer to announce his graphics cards. Total Embarrassment. But I blame the intel management, the board and most importantly the clueless CEO. There is no accountability after you reach the VP and above level at intel. Zero.

It is beautiful how regular engineers and normal managers have seen it all long time ago - who does bad job, all the Nervana failure, Murthy’s real character from week 1. If Intel execs want to save the company it is enough to start listening to own people, while they are around.
@1lji True, he is perfect for the current Intel. Given that Pat is back, he probably realised his days are numbered and his PPT style won't fly anymore.
I don't see why he would jump ship. Intel has been a perfect match for Raja. A smoke and mirrors guy, and a company where snake oil salesmen are tolerated for years with no accountability.
It goes without saying that he should be tossed out, but if I were Raja I wouldn't voluntarily leave such a comfortable sinecure.

Raja most probably will go to google, the company where all intel losers are heading.raja is one of Intel’s big mistakes, hired by Intel’s biggest mistake Murthy. C players hire d players.
Raja lacks execution, engineering competence, he has bad reputation in semi. There is no way Amd rehire him. He was on leave, a soft firing.
There is no way nvidia will hire raja. They know he is basically a macron person.
