The unspoken management theme at ford is this: if you make a mistake don’t tell anyone because you will lose credibility. People make mistakes but sweeping under the rug is really really bad. But wait there is more...... if we don’t tell our customers that they bought a faulty product maybe they won’t notice, and we can tell the customer it’s not the company fault it’s your perception. TRUST US. But wait there’s more.......fORD is toast without the butter or jam no one wants what they have to offer which includes warranty headaches

Great example of treating customer like family
Figure out how the DPS6 transmission fiasco slipped thru the cracks from 2011-2018 and you will fix everything else. Oh and don’t let CAFE standards drive your decisions eco boost s—s give me a small block V8 in an escape. Can I get an AMEN brother. An aluminum truck upper sure cost a lot of Denaro. Really innovative but distracted from power train quality.... remember if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.... re design the exterior but refine everything else and keep it kiss stupid. Everything you taught the Chico’s they will use against you in this market now that sleepy joe is in.
Isn't there some new goal to treat customers like family? I guess my thoughts on how to treat family members is a bit different than Fords. Very sad that they cannot deliver quality products on time. This new batch and hold tactic on virtually every new vehicle will lead customers to walk. Ford can do better.
Same old Ford. Could not be up front or honest to save their lives. BS and side stepping rather than speaking plainly. Then they wonder why nobody believes a word they say.
