I see that ex boss of platform X is still in the company after catastrophic failure of her product. At the same time, 200 of hard working people from PX build team were fired. The captain should go down with the ship, but this rat escaped first and now attending conferences across the globe to sell thin air.

Platform DXC, a whole load of bespoke micro code that no one in their right mind would wish to enhance and tie themselves in to years of support. Every single solution for every client different. Spent first few years selling the concepts on slideware and then found the business case didn't stack up for the various clients where it was attempted.
