One a staple of southern charm, culture, and family values has turned into a complete disaster. Stores are a mess, employees are quitting left and right, store managers are here one day, gone the next, loyal "elite" customers are long gone, replaced by the "goodwill" or "dollar tree" customer, all the better vendors are pulling out, clinique, mac, and lauder want out, CEO Lisa Harper has not been seen since 2019, COO Don Hendricks is the laughing stock of the department store retail sector, and Belk now is nearly $2.5 billon in debt. After 130+ years, this is what Belk has turned into.

our store manager quit last year, we got a new store manager and she got fired.
We have lost two store managers. Our stm's position was eliminated and our store manager is going to another Belk. We are operating with keyholders.
The only one thing I’m not agreeing with: I don’t see store managers come and go. I’ve heard some of them around me are looking to leave, but at this time they keep theirs butts in their offices firmly.
There are several clueless trolls here.
There time will come!
If you're having to ask "What's your point?", That is the point.
