I can’t wait to see what the results will be (although I’m a little afraid of them). Do you expect that after the “Day of Change” protest, things will change for the better?
I’m not over-optimistic, far from it, but I think some things should change anyway. At least some little things. If nothing else, they may finally gain some awareness that change is necessary. That wouldn’t be bad either, at least for a start.
Some of you "protesters" are going to out of a job. You'll be wondering why.

Just today local hospital staff, nurses, and more had a peaceful protest to bring awareness to working conditions and staffing issues. Large hospital chain in the southwest, multiple large facilities in my town. They did get local media attention from printed press and t.v. not sure what will become of this yet but the staff has been overwhelmed and needed to lash out. Just a first step, my point is doing "something" is better than "nothing" will follow up if any positive results. Allstate leadership needs a wake up call, we need press coverage as well. May not help at all may cause more harm than good but it's time has come for action. The abuse and indignation needs to stop.
Yup, poster below is 100% correct, we’re becoming the Walmart of insurance. I worked at Progressive and the same sh– got thrown around. I was part of a class action against prog for all the same reasons. I ended up with $200 and now Allstaters are fleeing to work there. You guys are serious clowns, your 5 hour safe space whine fest isn’t going do anything except put a target on your back. I work with you mo–ns and the incompetence runs so deep at this company I’m ashamed to work here, it’s always been a joke and this “protest” just proves it

I’m trying not to laugh. it’s obvious you have NO tenure with Allstate. Allstate will never be unionized. AND Allstate doesn’t give 2 dimes what your issue is. They aren’t going to stop sending American work to India. They are never going to care about the employees again. Why? What do I hope is gained from this protest? A Union uprising !! We need a Union so desperately it’s pathetic. Yep, Allstate doesn’t give a fig about any employee, department or location. That is more than evident based on what the Chicago thugs at the top are, and what they’ve done, to what once was a great “American” company with “American Citizens” working for it. A good solid Union Organizer from the outside needs to get in here to this post and start the Uprising! And then a Vote! That’s what I hope is gained from the Day of Protest ! It’s time to protect the long suffering claim adjusters ! Allstate employees can lead the way by getting the first Union for insurance adjusters! We will lead the industry ! “Exciting times” for all !

Allstate doesn't give two figs about you. They are about the bottom line. This Day of Change is mo–nic & only a child would think it will accomplish squat. And no- I'm not home office–just an old grunt who has seen this a million times.
I dont expect any change. Ive been at companies that had protests like these. Some ppl will get laid off and then its business as usual. You think Allstate doesnt know ppl are miserable? Oh they know but they will chock it up to growing pains.
